Age Restriction:

We are an 18+ event. As such when you present your ticket you will also have to present photo ID. No photo ID means no entry.

Alcohol:

You are able to purchase alcohol/drinks at events. We will try to confirm with venues ahead of time if they prefer cash/card and include it in our event descriptions. Despite being an 18+ event, expect to be asked for your ID a second time if you go to purchase any. Disorderly conduct from alcohol intoxication is not permitted, and may result in you being asked to leave.

Coat room:

This will vary depending upon the event - Please see individual event details. However any belongings left in a coat room are done so at your own discretion. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings left in the coat rooms at events. Please leave valuables at home, and keep any cash/cards/photo IDs/phones on your person.

Behavior:
We hold the right to refuse entry to anyone if we feel our policies have been breached. We also hold the right to ask you to leave or have you removed if our behavior policies are breached. The act of purchasing a ticket means that you have read and agree to the policies.

Insulting or bullying behavior, including but not limited to racist, homophobic, transphobic or sexist comments will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the site immediately. 

​

We ask you to respect the venue and if anyone is found causing damage they will be removed and banned from all future events hosted by us.  Our events are non-smoking and non-vaping events. 

​

Dress Code:

We ask you to take into consideration the theme of our events, and dress accordingly while still having the freedom to express your individual style and incorporate fantasy elements. As long as you are dressed in formal ball wear (black tie). You can find inspiration pictures on our inspiration page. We do not see clothes as gender specific and as such do not enforce any sort of gender specific dress code. We have a no nudity policy.

Food:

Food will be provided at the event. We need you if you have allergies or dietary restrictions to please fill out this form as soon as you buy tickets. We will then pass the information along to and work with our vendors to help with any allergies or dietary restrictions.  We can easily accommodate vegetarians.

 

However, we cannot guarantee that food is not cross contaminated. Mythical Quest Productions and our venues hold no responsibility for food related accidents, incidents, or allergic reactions at our events. Please ask a member of staff at the food table for advice on allergies.

Photography:

Everyone:

By attending one of our events you are consenting to have your photo/video taken by our photographer. We will have a photographer throughout the event taking candid photos to capture all your favorite moments. You're welcome to approach our photographer during the event if you wish to pose for a picture. You will have free access to all photos taken on the night of. A gallery with a password will go up on the website - the password will be emailed to the one you used when purchasing tickets.

VIP Ticket Holders:

You will be emailed to sign up for your mini-personal photo shoot a few weeks before the event. The  email will contain a form asking you a few questions including if you're doing individual photos, or group/couple photos with another VIP. If you do not fill out this form you will not be given a mini-personal photo shoot.

 

This will happen in-between VIP entry time and regular entry time, so please arrive for the VIP early access time, not the regular entry time.  If you arrive at the general entry time or late, you will miss out on this. By doing these photo shoots during the time between VIP entry and regular entry, it allows our photographer to focus on candid photography the remainder of the evening. It also means that during your shoot you will also have access to pose with any of the characters/NPCs/entertainers from the evening.

Props:

No metal or wooden swords/daggers regardless of if they are blunt or not.

No weapons of any kind. 

No bow and arrows (this includes foam ones).

Weapons made of foam (often referred to as larp weapons), that cannot be used in hurting someone else will be allowed. If you're unsure about a prop please send us an email with a photo.

Refund Policy:

Please be very aware of this prior to purchasing any ticket.

​

Normal Tickets Refund Policy:

This includes all of our early bird tickets and our regular tickets, regardless of price.

Tickets can be refunded minus up to 9$ administration fee per ticket (varies depending on original ticket cost). This is due to the admiistration charges from our ticket processing company. Refunds can be requested via email. They may take up to two business days to process.

Please keep that in mind when purchasing a ticket. We do not allow people to privately sell/buy tickets. Buying or selling a secondhand ticket can result in you being unable to enter an event as we scan the tickets at the door.
